According to Ayurvedic texts, vata is responsible for all neurological health problems. The focus of this set is Prana vata and Udana vata.
Prana governs the senses. When fatigued or depleted, prana vata can lead to excessive worry, a mind that does not stop, sleep disturbances and breathing issues.
Udana governs memory, perception and the throat center. Imbalanced Udana can lead to respiratory problems, fatigue and throat and ear issues.
