One of the best ways to nourish winter skin (besides a self-massage) is an oily salt scrub. This winter, enjoy this Himalayan Salt Scrub with Sunflower Oil, and a warming essential oil blend of Ginger, Orange, Cananga Flower and Geranium.
Best results are had when the body is wet. Take small amounts on your fingers and gently scrub the body. Rinse off with hot/warm water. Or better yet, take a hot bath. Not recommended for the face.
