सर्वेषां तैलजातानां तैलं तिलं प्रशस्यते। - "Sarvesham taila jaathanaam tila taila prasasyathe." — Of all the varieties of oil that exist, sesame oil is the best. — Charaka Samhita, Sutrasthana, Chapter 13
