Digestion is most important in Ayurveda. Depending on the quality of digestion one can turn poison into nectar or nectar into poison. Agni is metabolic fire that supports digestion.
Enjoy brewing this Agni-balancing herbal tea. Boil one cup ( 8 oz) of water. Once it comes to a boil, add 1 tbsp of the tea blend and cover. Steep for 7-10 minutes. Add milk and sweeteners such as Coconut Sugar or Maple syrup. Honey added to hot liquids is a no-no in Ayurveda. Or serve hot as is. Ideally, this tea is served with meals.
