The Heart-Based Meditation technique is a simple, natural, effortless meditation technique that is easy to learn. It is taught with integrative processes that further deepen the experience of pure consciousness and true being. Anyone can learn to meditate.
This three-week instruction is thorough in information about consciousness and clearly answers all your questions including:
- What is meditation?
- How do I meditate?
- What are the benefits?
- What do I do when I have too many thoughts?
- Am I still meditating when I have a lot of thoughts?
- How do I touch the bliss within me?
- How do I bring the benefits of meditation to my outer life?
At each class, students meditate with the instructor with time built in for Q and A and sharing.
Prior meditation experience is not required. Come as you are with a curious heart and mind.
Enhance your well-being with daily meditation. Once you learn the technique, you will be invited to join a community of meditators for daily meditation at no additional cost.
