A five-day live immersion in the ancient wisdom of Soma, the cooling nectar that restores what the modern fire has burned away.

You are tired in a way that sleep does not touch

The eyes burn from hours of looking. The mind will not stop thinking, planning, scrolling, comparing. The body runs hot: restless nights, a stomach that will not settle, waking at 2 or 3 in the morning. The emotions flare quickly and calm slowly. And somewhere beneath it all, the heart feels dry, unable to rest, unable to feel full.

This is not a personal failing. It is a fire with nothing left to burn.

The Upaniṣads teach that all of life is two forces: Agni, the fire that digests and transforms, and Soma, the nectar that nourishes and restores. Soma is the food, and Agni is the eater. When the nectar runs out, the fire does not stop. It turns on the body, the mind and the heart that hold it.

The ancients knew

The seers of the Vedas, the physicians of Ayurveda and the yogīs of Tantra all saw this wasting. They named it in their texts thousands of years before our screens and our speed. And they left us the remedy: mantra, breath, sound, sacred rest, the rhythms of the Moon and the Sun, and the simple foods that build Soma within.

This course gathers their wisdom and places it gently in your hands.

SPIRITUAL BREAKTHROUGH COMES FROM SOMA,
NOT FROM A WIRED, DEPLETED FIRE.

Even Indra, the mightiest of the Vedic gods, drinks Soma before every great deed. The thunderbolt that breaks through every obstacle is powered by nectar. So it is with us. Our clarity, our devotion, our capacity to awaken all rise from fullness, never from depletion.

What is Soma?

Soma is the Moon. Soma is the sap in the plants, the dew of night, the waters of life. In the body it lives as ojas, the subtle essence that keeps us steady, radiant and whole. In the mind it is calm, contentment and devotion. In the heart it is the quiet delight of simply being.

Soma gathers in stillness: in the silence after a mantra, in the pause between two breaths, in the deep rest of śavāsana. That stillness is where life is renewed.

Soma: The Nectar of Stillness, five-day live immersion flyer

Five days, one sacred journey

Day 1 · The Fire and the Nectar. See clearly where the fire is consuming you, and remember the nectar that has always been yours.

Day 2 · The Nectar in the Body. Discover ojas, the Soma within you, and how the modern fire of screens, speed and stimulation burns it away.

Day 3 · Living by the Moon and the Sun. "Becoming Soma, I nourish all the plants," says Krishna in the Gītā. Learn to live nourishment first, then fire, through the sacred rhythms of the day, the Moon and the seasons.

Day 4 · The Moon Within. Find the cool light of the Moon within you, and rest more deeply than you have in years, held in the arms of the Mother.

Day 5 · Stillness and the Thunderbolt. Bring it all together in the full Soma sādhanā, and discover the power that rises from fullness.
