THE SPACE IN BETWEEN THE INHALE AND EXHALE

Have you ever paused in between the inhale and exhale?

Have you wondered what exists in this pause? 

In that brief pause is the exaltation of your soul. A moment of eternity that we experience in this body. We chase time. We chase the future. We mourn the past. We cry over time gone. 

But after each inhale is a sweet invitation into the eternal. You don't need to die to know this eternity. You still have the exhale. 

Have more of these moments of eternity in the body. That way, when you prepare to exit this body, you will already know what eternity will feel like. 

The next time you inhale, don't simply exhale. Pause and take in your eternity. Observe. This pause in the eternity holds no emotion, no fear nor feeling. It is the void, the infinite and it is completely silent. Beyond the human, the real you exists here.
